Hi Tara, Yes on days that you are more physically active you may increase your protein to 200g.  And remember you can ALWAYS have unlimited veggie of your choice per meal.  If you are following protocol, on those days you are more active just means that your body will take more energy from your stored fat and you will most likely have a greater weight loss for that day....that being said you may not see those results on the scale but they will be there, just measure yourself a few days later and you will see inches gone.
