I just ordered slimfix. My question to you is... I have knee injury and am now going to try synvisc. It is a gel injection to the knee. It is told to work for about 6 months to a yr. Will this interfere with the slim fix? I have read the literature and see that some medication have been known to interact or interfere.
I have not done the program for some time and after the holidays I am feeling sluggish and would like to start another round! I have a bottle left from my last order but have noticed that the sprayer does not work on it! Any suggestions?
I worked all weekend on some heavy jobs in the yard. I thought for sure that would get things started going. However, I got on the scale this morning and it flashed and gave me the same weight as yesterday. Thinking the batteries were running low, I changed them and stepped on and the scale said 1 pound loss. I hope tomorow goes well too.
I am back on p1 and am having a little difficulties. I had great weight loss the first 3 days (6.6 lbs in total) then day 4 I gained .2 and have stayed the same for 3 more days now. I have eaten what i should and with the exception of one day, I have been drinking at least 4 liters of water. I just wondered if there was something I could do to get the burning going again.
Hi Kyle. Can you please explain phase 3 in regards to the amount of calories you can eat. The forum pages said to eat an average of how much weight you lost multiplied by 3500. Is that for the day or for the week??? Also it says you should have a minimum of 1500 calories. I'm just confused. Thanks.
Hi Kyle, I am concerned with the 500 calories a day being enough for me as right now I am renovating a house, pulling carpet out and moving furniture etc. Also doing the odd massage here and there. Can I have more than 500 calories on the days that I know I am going to be very active?

Hi Kyle !! It's me Eugenia, I'm back. Sorry I'm been so busy doing my protocol. By the way it's going slowly but good, so far I've lost 17 more lbs in my Round 2. My last day is this sunday I want it to loose more, but I could'nt. I hope this timeI get to the 125 lbs. Although it has not been easy for me I am really happy the way I look and feel.

I am 5 days into P3b and everything seems to be going well i'm staying within my 2 lbs but I'm still confused and have a few questions about this new stage..... am i still suppose to be eating 2500 calories? or how do i know if im eating to little or not enough? i am adding in carb everyday and very little suger still as I do not want to eat it yet. Do i still eat eggs and whipping cream or should i start cutting back on the fat now? any advice for me in this stage would be appreciated.

Kyle here I am on my first day of R2 p2. I loaded 3 full days, I spray last night. This morning I expected to have some dropp in my weight, but instead I went up 3.4 lbs. I'm wondering wy? Last round after loading I went down 4 lbs but now is all the oposite.
Can you give your opinion in these? Cause the my spray was in the batch you sent us and all my other friends ( Norys, Adriana, Pamela, and Maria luz, all of them are loosing pretty well but me. What's going wrong here??

I am starting phase 3 tomorrow and by my calculations I lost 32 lbsin 39 days and I am suppose to eat 2800 calories per day..Wow that seems like alot. I dunno if I can do that...do I really need to ?? I dont want to gain any back and 2800 is a LOT. How much protein can I have at each meal? 100 grams before to what now at each sitting? What if I do less? I want to do another round of the protocol in 6 weeks so do I really have to eat 2800 now...or can I do lower and up it once I finish the next round?
