Have you ever felt that Fat is just you....maybe this is how you are made, maybe this is just who I am.....some people are just blessed with skinny fit bodies but not me, I was cursed with a "slow metabolism" and I'm just designed to be fat! No matter what I do, no matter how much I try I struggle.......

So i'm sure many of us are in the same boat....if your not then GOOD ON YOU, seriously that is great!!!

I for one will say that I enjoyed the festivities.....I had a lot of Christmas parties to go to and they all had a good selection of ......lets just say YUM!! 

I have always said, life is not about never having the foods you love but eating those foods with BALANCE!!  Well, I maybe fell away from my own advice over the holiday season but i'm human too you know…

#1 New Years resolutions are to lose weight; before it was usually all talk and no action because most people didn't know how to do it properly to keep it off.  But if you have found My Slim Fix it is a reality and you can do it.....and the great part about it is that its only days away from getting that much closer to your goal!!

Hi Kyle. A couple questions. I have ordered my slim fix multiple times over the past 6 or 7 years. Does this new path mean my slim fix will no longer be available and I should place 1 final order? I am also interested in your new program. However I am not a facebooker and do not wish to ever be. Is ther another way I can get the info so I can try your new path. N YOURS TRULY RICK FENDELET

I just ordered slimfix. My question to you is... I have knee injury and am now going to try synvisc. It is a gel injection to the knee. It is told to work for about 6 months to a yr. Will this interfere with the slim fix? I have read the literature and see that some medication have been known to interact or interfere.

Hi Kyle,

I worked all weekend on some heavy jobs in the yard.  I thought for sure that would get things started going.  However, I got on the scale this morning and it flashed and gave me the same weight as yesterday.  Thinking the batteries were running low, I changed them and stepped on and the scale said 1 pound loss.  I hope tomorow goes well too.

I am back on p1 and am having a little difficulties.  I had great weight loss the first 3 days (6.6 lbs in total) then day 4 I gained .2 and have stayed the same for 3 more days now.  I have eaten what i should and with the exception of one day, I have been drinking at least 4 liters of water. I just wondered if there was something I could do to get the burning going again.

Hi Kyle. Can you please explain phase 3 in regards to the amount of calories you can eat.  The forum pages said to eat an average of how much weight you lost multiplied by 3500. Is that for the day or for the week??? Also it says you should have a minimum of 1500 calories. I'm just confused. Thanks.

Hi Kyle,  I am concerned with the 500 calories a day being enough for me as right now I am renovating a house, pulling carpet out and moving furniture etc. Also doing the odd massage here and there.  Can I have more than 500 calories on the days that I know I am going to be very active?
