Sometimes it just the cycles of how our body is losing the weight, you just may be retaining water a little more right now. The best advice I know of to get things kick started on a bit of a stall is to go for a 10-20min brisk walk. That usually gets the blood going and if any water retention it really helps solve the problem.
Your current weight divided by half is the amount of fluid oz of water you are recommended on drinking daily.
another option to use 1 Tbsp. of milk will be: froth away the milk in a frother and then use it on top of your strawberries. You can; if you want, sprinkle with your Grissini and cimmamon. mmmmmmmmmm Enjoy it !

P2 you are allowed 1 Tbsp of milk per day so that is accurate. Its not much but some people get creative of where to use it....some with tea, others with home made salad dressings.
Thank you for the referrals it is much appreciated!! Your right, their is not too much chatter happening right now but every day we are growing in numbers. I need great people like you to help get that going, can you be a part of starting conversation, others will follow the more people chat. I try to post a lot but unfortunetly I can not make people blog and post. I will say that a lot of people email me everyday, but it would be great if we can get some of that chatter happening on the site. I think you would be great at getting that going more, lets start atmosphere.

Day 5 steak day is not abnormal....It only means that unfortunetly you are probably not eating enough calories and fiber foods, ie: veggies, fruit, good fats ect....give that a try and increase your calories...you will come back down from the steak day and then stabilize....it will all balance itself out!! Keep up the great work!!
