Hi Charlene,

If you lost on average .5 (half) a pound per day, multiply that by 3500 = 1750 calories - 2000 calories.  If you lost an average 1lb per day multiplied by 3500 = 3500 calories.  This is a PER DAY calorie intake not weekly.  You must eat a minimum of 1500 calories per day on P3 as that is the minimum everyone's body needs to just live.

If you find that you have gained more than 2lbs from your LSW (last spray weight) then you do a steak day that same day, which is: Drink lots of water all day then for supper eat as much of steak as you can followed by eating an apple, this should bring back down your weight to your LSW.

Remember P3A NO carbs, NO sugars. Eat lots of veggies, fruit, protein ect......
